DIY shipping box cat house

Texas Exotic kittens have found the best part of the pandemic are the boxes.

Simply cuttings holes and adding a little tape; creates a magic wonderland to attack a passer by, climb to the top to jump off or simply cat nap in a quiet corner. I think Renaes 8 week old litter of 4 and Phoebes 6 week old litter of 3 spend endless time playing running in and out of holes, up and down ramps. The joy this brings all of us is one of the many beauties of cats. This never gets old the wonder of a box; no matter the size really can be a spectacular play house to claw, bite and it’s no worries. You can create a new and temporary exciting playhouse for your friend to encourage playtime.

Shopping on line seems to be the new normal and with all the boxes TES Cattery
would like to share some of our most popular play house designs.

Things I have learned.
Always reenforce the top
Multi-able exits and areas
Ramps for up, slides for down are more fun

I encourage you to create a cat vacation in your home with a shipping box. Easy step, a little tape and a playful imagination will bring joyful moments into your house too.
